The Top 10 Stay & Play Venues in The South West of England

Top 10 Stay & Plays Venues in the South West of England

We’ve devised a simplistic ranking system to create the top 10 stay & plays in the South West of England.

Now what is a stay & play venue you ask?

Any venue that has both accommodation and golf on site. One where you can park the car, and not have to leave the resort until it’s time to travel home.

These are very popular with larger groups or short stay breaks and can usually cater for all requirements.

Now, the ranking system is a probably the most basic you will see, but maybe that’s a good thing? Each venue has been marked /10 on the following –

  • Accommodation
  • Course*
  • Facilities
  • Value

*Where a venue has more than one course, we have ranked the Championship Course.

If count back is required, the venue with the higher course score will prevail. After all, we go to play golf, right?
